Lynda Landers
Attorney & Founder
Lynda Landers is West Texas born and raised, and you’ll know it when she shoots you straight.
Her heart, soul, and fiery spirit shine through in her advocacy for her clients. She is all in! You better be aware because she knows her stuff and will call it as she sees it! Her nickname is the “Narcissist Slayer,” although she’s not particularly fond of the title.
Lynda graduated from UT Arlington with a bachelor’s degree in marketing and management. She initially attended nursing school but decided to change her major in the final semester of clinicals, making her knowledge of the medical field second nature. Before becoming an attorney, she worked as a paralegal for 10 years. In 1996, she graduated from Texas A&M University School of Law and was licensed by the State Bar of Texas in 1997. With over 27 years of practice as an attorney, family law is her passion. She also practiced disability law for many years, which gave her extensive experience with mental health impairments, giving her an edge in handling divorces involving addicts and those with mental health challenges.
Lynda is honored to serve as a staff attorney on one of Collin County’s specialty courts—the mental health court for juveniles in the criminal justice system, known as RISE, which supports juveniles with mental health issues. Her passion for people and doing right by her clients is clear, and she is a true bull in your corner! She is a member of the Texas State Bar Association, the Collin County Bar Association, and the Collin County Women’s Lawyers Association. Lynda is never shy and always has your back. Don’t underestimate her or her partner, Lisa!
Lynda has raised six kids and is showing no signs of slowing down. Her faith, family, and friends also include her clients, and she’s not afraid to argue your case. With Lynda, you will have her loyalty forever.
